Mini-Circuits’ award winning ISO9001:2008 and AS9100 certified quality systems provide the framework for enhanced customer satisfaction. The success of our Quality Management System is based on the eight Principles shown below.
At Mini-Circuits, Quality is designed in for all model designs, material selection and approval, process development and qualification, member training and documentation. Although we provide devices that are 100% tested, we firmly believe that ‘inspecting out’ rejects is a non-value added activity. Use of data is the key to building Quality into everything we do. Use of statistical analysis, including Sigma and Cpk studies, is applied to all key areas of process controls, material acceptance and performance testing.

Our dedicated staff of quality professionals
and internal auditors provides training, review
and monitoring of all phases of our product
development and production. Where applicable,
industry standards (ie IPC, JEDEC, J-STD, etc)
are used to form the guidelines for acceptance
with our own internal criteria exceeding these.
