WAIVER OF APPARENT AUTHORITY
While
Mini-Circuits’ sales representatives are
important liaisons between Mini-Circuits
and its customers, our sales
representatives have no authority to act
for, enter into commitments on behalf of
or bind Mini-Circuits to any contract or
commitment of any kind or nature.
Accordingly, Mini-Circuits’ sales
representatives have no right or
authority to: (i) assume or create any
obligation or liability, express or
implied, on Mini-Circuits’ behalf or
bind Mini-Circuits to any contract,
commitment or warranty (whether express
or implied); (ii) approve or modify
specifications, designs or technical or
other data; or (iii) modify
Mini-Circuit’s standard limited warranty
or standard terms and conditions of
sale.
