Supplier Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Perform supplier quality assurance functions pertaining to external materials and component suppliers
  • Monitor the following activities and take actions as required:
    • Product management of new product introduction
    • New supplier evaluation/qualification
    • New product introduction through suppliers
    • Supplier quality performance
    • Maintenance of approved supplier list
    • DMR/SCAR/MRB
    • Supplier suspension for non-performance
  • Interface with QA, MPE and Engineering in establishing consistent quality requirements
  • Coordination of MRB activities with suppliers
  • Perform periodic supplier visits
  • Perform initial evaluations of new suppliers, and re-evaluation of existing suppliers
  • Process, report, and track Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) and Supplier Notifications of Change (SNCs)

 

Qualifications:

Project Leader - Electrical Engineering Department
Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on technical lead of projects from concept through production launch.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and to successfully manage multiple projects with competing priorities and milestones.
  • Establish objectives & milestones to keep projects focused and manageable
  • Organize & lead the work of the team(s), delegate assignments, provide guidance to achieve project objectives in accordance with established timelines, objectives and policies.

Applications Engineer - Technical Customer Sales Support
Responsibilities:
  • Review data and spec sheets from customer and from our internal product spec sheets.
  • Download technical data from our "Yoni" database, review and understand the characteristics on our devices.
  • Make recommendations on modifying the data sheets by adding or clarifying specs
  • Respond to customers' technical questions in a careful & scrupulous manner
  • Comprehend & have dialogue with our customers, including questions, regarding their applications and needs
  • Have a thorough understanding and "wide view" of customer needs and develop in depth knowledge of Mini-Circuits capabilities to meet those needs for timely, cost-effective solutions on the first try.

Qualifications:

Senior Microwave Design Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop RF & Microwave circuits, components and sub-assemblies based on customer objectives and requirements.
  • Modify existing designs to improve performance, quality, manufacturability, production yields, etc.
  • Develop performance criteria such as stability, bandwidth, noise, parasitic effects, impedances, hi-frequency behavior, filters, transformations, signals and amplifier designs.
  • Perform circuit & component analysis and simulations using industry ADS, HFSS and other CAD tools.
  • Verify and validate designs through simulations, tests and reliability studies.
  • Prepare layouts, block diagrams & schematics in collaboration with related engineering design teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality assurance support (review & analyze data, conduct experiments, provide disposition) on problems in manufacturing and test areas.
  • Determine root cause, evaluate and implement preventive & corrective actions for quality problems.
  • Review & approve Electronic Change Notices (ECNs), as required.
  • Follow-up on ECNs after completion, to verify implementation & effectiveness.
